Has any 1 here got snare to work for them when using windmill?
It says charged atk snares enemy for 5seconds... Doesnt seem to work

Snare just slows them down, root freezes them. It works... good way to test is get some things following you and gauge their speed... windmill them and run the other way... I'd guess it's about a 25% reduction...

does work but i took it off and gave it to passive str instead..
