Loading problem

I play flash version of arcane legends using pc browser and i log in using my facebook account. Now the problem is that if i am logged into facebook from outside i.e not entering my username and password from inside the game, the game gets stuck at the second authentication (by second i mean once it shows authenticating before it says 'drinking potion', 'brewing potions' ,etc and once again after they're finished). So i always log in from inside the game screen. Also even when i log in from inside it takes me 2 or 3 tries to before i can load the gamewhich is really annoying/ How can this be fixed?

Having mentioned the above problem, is their any way i could transfer my current character which i access using facebook to be accessed using email registered to STS? I registered the email of my fb account to STS hoping that my character would be transferred automatically but it goes to the new character screen where you choose your class (btw the load problem seems to be fixed if i access using email). I certainly hope that the character is synced to an email adress because otherwise someone could easily have two characters using the same email as i have just found; without the use of any platinum........
