Nox bolt/sss AOE

Which one of the two arrow skills is an AOE attack? I heard that sss is AOE after an upgrade but which upgrade makes it aoe?
There is one upgrade that says that the max number of targets sss can hit is increased to 2; but that barely makes it an AOE attack.
Also what is the effect of the upgrade of ncreasing the radius(both skills have it). I mean, if they aren't AOE attacks then what radius is it talking about? :S

Noxbolt has an aoe poison when charged

Sss is aoe peroid upgrading just increases the blast raduis and more monsters it can hit when it blows up

Sss is amazing its my favorite skill. without upgrade you can hit like 6 enimies, upgrade adds 2 to that.
nox bolt is a dot attack the aoe sucks
