How do people achieve 33-50% crit stats?

Aimed shot stacking can get up to around 70% crit.

simply, using ribbit Arcane Skill, which will grant you 40%crit.

For a rouge, continually using aimed shot to stackup the crit chance to 40%-50%.

With both method, a rouge will do about 90%crit chance after first 3-4 shot(without crit passive)

Anyway, someone with crit passive should able to make 100%crit chance.

60% is more than good enough without sacrificing your dmg output.

Doesn't need to be said, but going above 100% is pointless and a waste. Otherwise, u wanna get it as high as possible without sacrificing the equivalent amount of dmg.
I.e. breakeven is 1% dmg for 1% crit... Actually, 1% crit is slightly better in a rogues case, due to skills being more than 2x crit
