Will twinking be possible?

I wanted to make a twink level 16 rogue for the upcoming PvP update but was wondering, will there be matchmaking in pvp like PL and DL where you only fight people around your level. I dont see the point of doing it if you fight high levels aswell. A quick response would be nice, thx. =)

I'm sure it will be a similar system where players of similar levels will be grouped. I'd buy your gear now though since level 15/16 elite gear is already discontinued (a system I'm not a big fan of).

Great, already bought the full op lvl 16 rogue set with granite :D now to lvl my lvl 1 rogue lol. thx for the help mate =)
