Respeccing skills and stats separately

If you have ever respecced your character, you can look in your platinum purchase history and see the charge is actually broken into two separate charges. 2 platinum for "re-roll attributes" and 3 platinum for "reallocate power points".

Might we ever see these two as separate options in-game? I never change my stats, but I do like to experiment with different skill builds. If I only had to pay the 3 plat to change my skills, I would probably do it a lot more than I do now. Spending 5 each time, on top of having to put all my stat points back in, makes me hesitate to experiment too much.

I actually don't even care about the plat charge, I just wish it didn't reset everything. If I want to change my stat points, then why should I have to respec all my skills again, and visa versa. Just let me change what I need to and don't reset everything.

Best would be a way to just take away a point from somewhere and add it to another spot. I hate that if I just want to change one single skill point I have to start over and respec everything.
