My Plat Isnt Reward? Read please Dev

Hello STS,
I would love it if you can complain to TrialPay that their service sucks.

1) I Finished the Big Fish Offer which costed $2.99 and did not received any plat.

2) I Finished the Hulu Plus Offer and did not received any plat.

Question: I would like to know what can I do to get my plats from these offers? I already pressed the support msg, and showed them proof/confirmation on my transactions, but I still haven't received of the two offers reward.

Sometimes it takes time for the plat to be awarded. Days, even a week for some, I believe. That's why you'll see some of those offers advertise that they deliver the plat the same day, within an hour, etc.

Yeah, but if it says confirms instantly then it should do that.

Same thing happened to me on a couple offers, send them a email, the contract button is on the offers page. Both times I got my plat within 12 hours
