Curious.. I have a lvl 29 enchantress and wondering what the best build is as far as building skills and all?

Pure int and focusing on "blessing of might" and "area of effect" skills such as fire, ice storm, lighting and using support skills as heal, nightmare, and weakness.

There's no best build really. For max nuking damage go int/dex, using only enough dex for a lv20 dex ring (which is 67 I think), but you'll be squishy. For max toughness, go int/str, using only enough str to equip str sets at your given level. Doing that will make you much tougher to kill, but you won't do as much damage. There are other variations too. You should check out the enchantress section of the forums. For now, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Wait until you hit level 50 or so.

For skills, first things I would max are lightning, fire, and frost something-or-other (I can't remember what exactly it's called). Put a few points into ice storm, healing, and your buffs/debuffs about evenly. These won't make a huge difference until later on. You only ever need one point in revive. Put more in if you want to reduce the mana cost, but it's a waste of those points IMO.

Max Drain Fire and lightning, put 1 in Mana shield frostbite and 2 in heal, and max the blessing buffs asap.
