not getting 90s hauntlet achievment

I finished upper hauntlet under 90s yesterday, and my record still says so today when i ran hauntlet, but I did not receive the achievement for it. is this a known issue?

The question I have, is if this is the way it is intended to be or not. It seems odd that only the first one to cross the finish line gets the achievement. Once one person crosses, the clock stops. If the clock stops under 90 seconds, then all players present should be awarded the achievement. I'm thinking the way it is currently is simply a bug or an oversight.

I mean, to have a personal best time of upper hauntlet of less than 90 seconds, but not have the achievement definitely seems like something isn't registering properly.

I did cross line first in 1m 26s it's my personal best. No achievement.
