First off, this thread isn't good to read as far as english is concern, sorry for that.
As the title suggests, here we'll try to compare the DMG dealt by L66 angel classes at it's best(probable) irrespective debuff, range, dodge, aoe and combos.
for this we'll take an inactive pve enemy, whose armor is 200, dodge is 0 and hp is very high. We'll try to estimate the damage on him that a lvl66 angel class can do per one hit basis and per particular time basis.
Max 7 skill point distribution
Let me clear that, builds I've taken to deliver highest possible damage irrespective the above mentioned facts and these builds may not be appropriate for pvp rather to deliver highest possible damage without debuffs, heal etc. Also we'll calculate total damage assuming everthing happening during buff period.
pure int mage with int angel set
Base damage
Blessing of might +35 DMG buff will be added to all DMG
Auto DMG : 244-286, AVG-265+35(buff)=300
Drain : 395-563, AVG-432+35(BF)=514, COOL DOWN TIME (CD)=12 sec
Fire : 365-499, AVG-432+35=467, CD=5 sec
Frostbite : 327-392, AVG-360+35=395, CD=4 sec
Lightening : 347-502, AVG-425+35=460, CD=3 sec
Ice storm : 222-378, AVG-300+35=335, CD=10 sec
Effective DMG
Now we we'll calculate DMG dealt to the above mentioned enemy based on the quation
Effective DMG=Base DMG - Enemy armor
This formula may not be correct exactly specifically in all situation but enough to do rough estimate, which is our goal.
Auto 300-200=100
Drain 514-200=314
Fire 467-200=267
Frost bite 395-200=195
Lightening 460-200=260
Ice Storm 335 335-200=135
Total = 1271
Applying 100% crit to it (assuming and applying max possible critical damage =2 x effective damage)
Total DMG = 2542
Dealt DMG per minute
Now it's the rime to get closer to reality and calculate time base DMG on an average basis.
We'll calculate per minute average DMG.
DMG per sec approx. (295+35) it's not exactly that but very near cuz there are other facots that determine dps, I don't have plat to check it right now either.
Now DMG per minute should be {(60sec /cool down time)+1} x Effective DMG
Lets calculate it
Auto approx. based on DPS = (60+1) X (Buffed DPS-200) = 61 X 130 = 7991
Drain : (60/12 +1) x 314 = 1884
Fire : (60/5 +1) x 267 = 3471
Frost Bite : (60/4 + 1) x 195 = 3120
Lightening : (60/3 +1) x 260 = 5460
Ice Storm = (60/10 +1) x 135 = 945
Total = 22871
Applying 100% crit to it with the same condition mentioned earlier
Total DMG per min = 45742
Let me clear before anyone find error in it, yes we didn't calculated elapsed time during taping skills and as I mentioned earlier everything happening during buff time. (And don't say buff time is 20 sec but we calculating 1 min damage)

I was eager to calculate this and complete 3 main chars of PL but I don't have angel bear or even rhino or ranger atm so I'll update it soon, If anyone interested in it, can provide accurate complete data remember its a 7 skill point distribution analysis, distribute skill points so that it can deliver max possible DMG irrespective debuffs but full main buffs, don't forget to unequip ring, ty
