Did devs get rid out off l21 ssc set bonuses? I was wearing a complete l21 crystalline wand set and there was no sparks or set bonus in it, like it was before.

Only 25 has had the sparkles ever

Only 25 has had the sparkles ever I've had this set from a long time and it did had sparkles (red & white), I just came back to this toon to check the goodies I had and the sparkles are missing.

Yeah 25 crystalline only had the set bonus since probably forever. It's like that for all sets, 51 raid roach doesn't give set bonus or sparkles
