First time plat purchase confusion

I have bought plat on all of the other legends games but not Arcane Legends. I see that it has a 50% more first time purchase listed. Because I have not bought plat for this game am I eligible or not? When I went to buy some plat it listed the standard amount in the google play window, not the bonus total. Any information would be helpful.
