While your damage may look great on paper, with shield, lifegiver, and only 6 points spent on offensive skills, you're actually not going to be doing very much damage compared to other sorcerers. I'd drop at least shield and maybe lifegiver as well, and consider spending less on passive damage.

He's clearly got another buff active that he isn't revealing, maybe Koko, because he has 45 attribute points more than otherwise possible.

i think u should get lightning somewhere in ur build if u want damage. it can do 1k damage

Yep..lightning. .but it needs critical to be high. .. ice is doing same damage as lightning without critical plus freezing enemies at place giving more time to hit 2-4 times... 280+ damage in 4 strikes = 1k+ damage..
N yeah ..koko buff is there.. ;)... no offence. .
