just wondering, is it only for mobs or can it do extra damage to a single enemy?

Blast shot is the most powerful skill for birds. It does a lot of damage... The thing is... Blast shot will only double hit if there are enemies around your target. If you want an extra hit, you need to start off with shattering scream, which can be a bit tricky to pull sometimes. So... Blast shot does do extra damage to single opponents if and only if another enemy is by your target.
You have no idea how op it can be in low level if break armor hits.
Break + shatter blast combo = dead
