Pvp full dex bear twink lvl 20, lvl 18, or lvl 16

Hi guys. In pvp currently my full dex bear is lvl 20, but i face lvl 26`s and 30`s.As for lvl 18, you face lvl 23`s, while in lvl 16, its ok, but you dont get iron blood or hell scream. What should i do?

Lvl 16 you DO get iron blood :)

Lvl 16 right now would be a great idea due to the op forg bows, your ib will just tank it.

Gear:

Lvl 10: plat pack dex helm (4)
Lvl 5/15: experts/artisans
Lvl 10: damage/crit ring
Lvl 16: forg bow (don't know the specific name)
And some flashy vanity for the intimidation.

Thanks,but ive checked guides saying you get iron blood at 18, and you recommend using a lvl 16 character, not lvl 18?

16s are outdated cuz range of l.3 stomp gfs l.2 stomp and 1 slash is very usefull.
So make a 17.
