I just found out that when a map exceeded you level cap and a warning sign at the top center part of your screen appeared "no EXP". it only does not mean you stop gaining EXP. it also mean no PVE kill is added as well. why even that??? what's the connection on not gaining exp to not having PVE kills? there are players who likes doing quests (just like me) and take their chances on "Surprise item" which gives pet eggs.
I think it reduces players excitement on doing low level quests because they only gain a few (sometimes nothing) for long hours of playing. Atleast, if there is a PVE kills recorded then it wouldn't be much of a bore. :)
