Boss Kill and CTF/DM Victory Sound Over Amplified

Good day Developers. After this day's update on DL I noticed the Boss kill and/or CTF Victory sound is over-amplified that it makes crackling sound in my device speaker when the sound plays even when I turn down the volume. I'm worried that this might cause damage to anyone's speaker system bearing the same issue. Before writing this message I verified that my device is within normal condition. Please check this issue. Thanks.

im on chrome and i have that bug too ... its anoying
plus i hear a powers-charged sound in base in ctf, even if there is no one near
was all good a few days ago ...
pls fix that
