I'm sorry to hear that Lowlyspy. Generally Platinum purchases go through pretty quickly. However, there are a _lot_ of different systems involved and most of them are outside of our control. If you did it in-app on iOS, you will need to contact Apple Support, as it is a pretty much black box that only they can troubleshoot. If you purchased through the Webstore or via Google in-app, then please get in touch with our Support Team who can track it down. I believe any purchase in Arcane Legends would set your "first time buyer" flag to be off.

Ah ok thanks. So I'd lose the bonus if I buy on sale even though I wouldn't get the bonus cause of the sale.

Still seems worth it though, and been waiting for one. I need to get another card, cause I thought the sale price would be $50 but it's $55. I'm $3 short lol.

99% of the time, Platinum purchases go through right away. However, since there are a lot of different parties and systems involved, if something goes awry, it can trip it up and cause a delay. If you purchased via Apple in-app, you will need to contact Apple. If any other method, our Support Team can help you out. I don't have a credit card (live in Germany) so I have to use the play store.
