View Full Version : Support ticket time range of delay?

Can a dev please give me a estimated time range of how much longer the delay might be? I'm just getting kind of worried that my ticket might of got lost and I may have to send a new one. I know i know...... they sent a email saying it wasnt lost but that has been a few days maybe a week ago. Any confirmed info by a dev would be really helpful thanks!
Mine a few days ago took like a week.

3 things to note:
1. They don't work on weekends
2. They're human. They can accidentally resolve without helping or skip so if you ticket hasn't been replied to in 3 days, send it again.
3. They have long pages of tickets, so patience is a good skill.

For me is 2-3 days. StS is really nice for helping lots of people with technical issues in the game, especially with the huge amount of tickets coming in.

Tickets? (sorry I'm a narb..) in support you can submit a ticket from their website OR you can directly email them from your mail.

Mine take 2 days or so to go through, they are pretty good at doing it in a timely matter.
