The +damage on the Intelligence rings is only 1.9 but 3.1 for DEX/STR rings

Level 20/21 "Warfare" rings are like that in general. I'm sure it has to be a bug since there are no other stats to compensate for the stat loss. People have reported it since the cap was raised but there has been no dev response yet.

New contents keep on releasing but they don't seems to be fixed lol was really wondering if they ever see this issue

Or maybe that's how they wanted it? Some sort of goofy way to balance?
