Lvl 16 elite equipments

Hi there, im just curious about how will i get again lvl 16 elite items.
We all know since the new update started, the require level to enter elite maps is changed to 20. Therefore, getting again lvl 16 elite equipment is impossible. Am i getting it right or wrong? So, now the only chance of getting them is to buy from CS. Or anyone else here knows any other way? Sorry if i theres already post about this topic, too lazy to browse. :D

i find buying elite banded chests and open it with a lvl16toon is the answer.
i dont see keeping those previews elite gears necessary for you can buy elite chest and get elite items with any toon level.
