I would like to see bosses have pets in elite dungeons. This way its more challenging =)

Some of them do got pets. Like the OP pigs in the Tower.

That's what I was going to say, lol.
Plus some bosses summon skeletons! I wish I could summon some skeletons... :p
i think most of them have pets. stabb has 2, thunk has many, ghul can up to 3 pets, becquila has klutus, bael has many and the last 2 tough too, glob has 2or3, and lord mardrom has 3 that the 2 some times make you frustration.
