Problem When Buying Something On Pocket Legends (with iTunes real money).

When I try to buy something, get this error:

"You Can't Purchase This. You must purchase the app that this item is for before you can purchase the item."

How do I fix that ? I have money on my account and I don't know why it's doing that.
