there was a blue clothes like new vanities for sorcerers? I've seen a player with those clothes but I could not find it anywhere, someone knows your name?

It's not vanity. It's the founders gear from last season. Name differs depending on level....

How could it get?
Originally it came from plat chests like the steel commando stuff does now, but they're no longer available, so the only way to get the gear is to buy it from the CS or another player. The sorcerer founder gear comes in blue and orange varieties and the names include one of the following words: Illusion, Theurgist, Ironsilk, Elementalist, Spellbinder.
