It doesn't attack but YES IT DOES ADD PASSIVE STATS THAT PERSON IS FREAKEN LYing to you.

You can enter with pet into pvp, but its not doing anything. No boost to stats or attack. It's just a glitch.

I'm pretty sure my passive stats were boosted even I entered with a granite the other day. I'll try again later to confirm.

Hope this is fixed soon. The boosts you can get from pets are pretty cheesy.
