Whats up with the matchmaking?

I've been playing PvP for some time now with my level 16 rogue and for some reason I've been matchmaking against level 20s. I was told by sam that the matchmaking will put you against people + or - 3 levels of your current level. In Dark Legends I never saw this problem occuring and considering this PvP system is very similar to it im sure this problem can be fixed. Its annoying because it eliminates the aspect of twinking if you are facing level 20s who u stand no chance against if they use elite gear... level 16 twinking seems like the best level to do it so pls look more into this issue =)

The level range is set by whoever was the first in the map. So if an 18 was first, then the level range should be 15 to 21.

I've been in games with my lvl 13 warrior and fought against lvl 21s. I notice the less people queuing for pvp the broader the level gap. This needs to be fixed. I'm for one would rather wait for a fair match than get absolutely destroyed by higher levels.

Sam why cant you guys keep the matchmaking simple?:D lvl 12-19 cap pvp, 21-29 etc.
