DPS vs Damage

Which one is the best for a rogue ? DPS or Damage ? Agi passive or Damage passive ? :hopelessness:

DPS = Damage per Second = your weapon damage x its attack speed.

You will want a reasonably hard hitting weapon (damage) with a high attack speed (high DPS). It can be misleading to assume DPS = your damage done as warriors for example have about the same damage as Lifethief rogues but attack speed of sword is lower. However, if you spam skills and not so much normal attack it doesnt matter as skill damae is calculated with weapon damage and not DPS.

Agi passive is best, damage is not high enough (yet) for a 5% investment to outweigh 25 dex, and even then, you get some added HP as a bonus with dex.
