whats the 70 most powerfull Enchantress build?

I want to ask everyone who can give me advise for the most actual powerfull build for an 70 enchantress, all Int or half Int half Dex? please share some ideas, thx everyone~~:calm:

Pure int is not if ur using goddess set, crusher pally is also really good. Dex Mage is ok for 1/1 but not that great at this cap.

For me, i don't even bother about my debuffs. Birds at this level kill fast, and as a mage (pure int in my case) i simply don't have the time to get an extra debuff in. Revive at one, mana shield at one (minimum), and the rest into attack skills. Debuffs remain dead.
