this skills aren't work properly

Like others mention in other thread frostbolt not always freeze enemy. Freeze time from time shift not rooting enemy. And i found staggering blow from chest splitter not work too, that can't interupt enemy windup attack even i charge it. what i mean enemy here is monster not other player in pvp.

They really need to fix this, it's making it hard to play as a mage. I count on the root and freeze to keep me alive many times, it's not working now.
