Time shift skill not ensnaring and rooting

Hi GM,

The device I'm using to play is the new iPad n iphone 4. Latest Os on both n game is fully patched.
The time shift skill which use to work well in ensnaring n rooting mobs when they r within circumference, no longer does all that. Please fix it soon as its really hard to kite mobs n survive in huge groups of them.

Your efficiency in fixing this issue will be greatly appreciate.

Root is diffused for pvp mate, dont know bout snares but maybe charged TS gives snare?

I'm referring to using time shift on mobs (pve). Charged it as usual, but doesn't work like before the pvp patch.

A number of threads on this, frost bolt also isn't working correctly.
