I've yet to see one in Auction House... Yet I saw "Themiraclebird"s L16 have them. I suck when it comes to knowing this type of stuff... So bear with me.

They were hoarded before PvP came out when they were cheap. You will just have to wait
until these people decide to start selling them. Probably won't be until you and other
people become desperate and are willing to pay prices well above what they were worth
a week ago. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news for you :(

You can still get one now but not as cheap as before, nevertheless try ;)
