Question about weekly raffles

When we enter one of the Spacetime Insider weekly raffles. Does the 3rd part of our entry have to correspond to the game that we enter into the 2nd part?

For example, this week, week 4 of these raffles, the platform is as follows:

How to enter:
1. Post your characters name
2. Which game that character is in
3. What is your favorite skill in PvP and why?

So say for #2 I were to say Arcane Legends. Do I have to use a skill that is used in Arcane Legends or can I choose a skill from another STS game?
