Profinity offer not working

I have been charge for my membership to this site and stikl haven't received my 350 platinum. My character name was Phreaquinox.

I had to contact trialpay through the help area in the offers section. Then sent them a copy of my conformation email for my offer. Sts support was unable to fix the problem, but they did point me in the right direction. Thanks to Trialpay and STS for all there help.
