Hey guys I want to play Runescape but I don't know if it will give me a virus... I played it a couple years ago and I got a virus so idk if I should take the risk because its my moms computer and she would kill me if it had a virus. Suggestions? thx

It' super laggy... be aware.
Laggy due to servers (sometimes you'll experience a one to two second delay)
And, if you're like most people, the HD mode will struggle on your integrated graphics card, thus making the game have less appeal.

Viruses do not come directly from Runescape itself, but Runescape laggs your computer a lot, which means it'll be be hard to spot one if you are infected. There are way too many phishers to avoid viruses, though. You're bound to get hacked or get a virus, so I wouldn't recommend it.

If you download the game from www.runescape.com you will not get a virus as long as you're not on random websites etc.
