I thought I had received it but I guess not. I have completed it in 86 sec and it shows my best time before round. Do I need to do something else?

You need to cross the border before 90 seconds are up to get the achievement I think. Try to be the first one to reach the border and I think you'll get it.

No, 86 seconds is good, but there's just one thing you need to know: Only FIRST player to cross the line under 90 seconds, will unlock the achievement with the title. Even if you do 30 seconds, you need to cross the line FIRST. :)
