Purchase Powers/Skills

I wonder if in the near future it would be possible for players to purchase class specific or universal powers in game. These skills can be scroll drops from extremely difficult bosses or purchased via platinum. Of course the harder they are to obtain the better/useful they are :)

That sounds cool. What I am visualising is more like a warrior doing shadow piercer, a mage doing juggernaut or maybe a rogue doing a lightning strike. Hehe.
