Query on level 10 twinking

I was thinking of going into level 10 twinking but wanted to know how the matchmaking works for it? I don't see the point of doing it, if i'll be going against level 15/16's. If its 5-14 then that's fine. Any of you very low twinks help me out? :P

The first person to enter a match sets the level range. The range is +/- 2 levels. So if a level 10 is the first person to enter the match, the level range will be 8 to 12.
