Bought platinum and nothing

Earlier today I used my credit card on Google Play to buy 10 platinum points. The points did not show up immediately so I let it go and decided to check again later. I just checked and my platinum is still sitting at 3! I didn't bother when I didn't get the free platinum for installing and playing those games because they were free and my tablet didn't crash. I paid money for these though! Google Play said the purchase went through! Where in hell are my 10 platinum?:miserable:

Just email your google play confirmation. Copy and paste it to you email to spacetime studios. Support.
