There's also one next to Freuiyibal which is hard to find. I seem to have 9 is that normal?

It's an ongoing bug that I'm pretty sure the devs are aware about considering how many threads about this I've seen. Happens in PvE as well.

That was the rager we threw, sorry.

We cleaned up all the red cups and ping pong balls, must have forgotten about the balloons thinking they'd float away on their own. :(
