I spent $50 on a platinum for it to disconnect me right after the purchase so I'm left with no platinum and now no money. My support requests have gone unanswered for days. I'm really getting angry that Spacetime will gladly take our money but will not keep up their promise of support.

When did you send the request? They don't work on weekends. Just be patient and wait till Monday and they'll give you your platinum.

I put the request in right after the purchase on Thursday.

Like G said, they have hundred and thousand requests to deal with. Be patient. I have a similar problem to yours, where I need my platinum from 2 different things. Let's wait until Monday - Friday! :)
