You may have already completed it! They changed the reward for 1024 tomes. Everyone who did it has to go back to Lauryn to get their new prize. I think you'll like it.
Oh wait... it says 18/19 ... It says talk to Captain Kuoma ... Kuoma has no yellow exclamation point. Do I need to be level 20? I am looking with my level 19 twink. I bet Kuoma just sends you to Glumdoll Cemetary if you are higher level than 19.

no it was a bug.. they have fixed it yesterday! now its all ok! :)
