Level 30 Archer- Please Review

Here's my level 30 archer. Can others that have experience with this class please review my character so far and give me any feedback? Should I reallocate my skill or attribute points? What about the items I'm using? The ones I currently have equipped are pretty much the best items in my inventory, but if there are better items out there, which I'm sure there are, can you please let me know which ones I should go find and equip.

BTW- I plan on removing all skill points from Thorn Wall or Thorn Root (not sure which one, but leaning toward removing Thorn Wall and keeping Thorn Root) and Shattering Scream

Highest I've seen yet. Not sure how hp regen:str ratio works exactly, but for 2 hp regen on archers I'm pretty sure you need more than 33 base str, so respec and put 11 for 1 base hp and put rest into dex?

Correct me if I'm wrong. Nice crossbow though; seems that weapons are much more rare than armor in terms of finding them in pink/purple (epic/legendary).

As LordRaid suggested, I would respec your STR points into DEX or go with a STR regen build (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?762-Archer-2-Regen-Build).

As for Gear I would continue to browse the Archer Class Discussion forum for more info, as we're all still researching this topic.

Why use guides to build your class? True, archers with bow only need dex but skills should be up to you. The players who made the guides are explaining to you what "they" feel is the "best" character builds. I feel you would have a much more gratifying expierience by invoking your own unique style of playing. Anyway, this has been said to death so do what you want. We'll still love ya. Maybe.

Anyway just to give some feedback, I personally recommend Thorn Root over Thorn wall.
less mana cost, lower cool down, and thorn wall's duration seems to go up with points, where as thorn root you only need 1 point to root them for 3 seconds.
The only benefit of thorn wall is that it is AoE but you already have avian scream for AoE stun.

Also, regarding Avian scream and thorn root, I personally never leveled it to 5, so how do you find the damage? (go root monster with out attacking it) If the damage is nice, then ok, but if its like just 50 damage, I rather have leave 1 point in it and spend the points in something else like evade, break armour, or knock back arrow.

The best thing to do Is have your archer to level 30 and then create a game for yourself in the "magic castle" locked with a password, then go through and collect all the new loot for your archer in that level, running through it several times if you have to. The best combination I found for my archer is the Snipers Bone Armor with the Snipers Crossbow. This gives you 4 points to regen your health and I believe 2 points to regen your health just for equipping these items.

Though I rather use Sniper's Battle Crossbow , gives me 73 dps but 3% crit and 2h/s.

I personally think that the Heavy Crossbow of Finesse is a great choice, it gives me 75 dps.. are there better crossbows out there?

crit 32 dodge 8

I got 10 more dex then you, hence the extra 1 dps.

It does the same damage at the Jewel Thief Heavy crossbow.

Heavy Crossbow of Finesse 40-54 dmg 1.0 speed 6 dex, 2 dodge 2 Armour
Jewel Thief Heavy crossbow 40-54 dmg 1.0 speed 7 dex 2h/s 2 Armour

Difference of 1 dex 2h/s vs 2 dodge.
