I believe these need a nerf.

Warrior: Horn of Renew should regenerate less health.
Vengeful Blood shouldn't give you health.

Rogue: Aimed shot should do half the damage it does now.
Razor shield should be a tad weaker

Sorcerer: Fireball should have less stun time
Frost bolt should actually work

I agree with the warrior nerfs.
Rogues need more tweaking as they are also soft targets and damage is what they only have going for them now.
Mages can stay as is, freeze should be implemented and should not freeze as long as a fireball knockdown.

Actually, I use all 3 lol! Lvl 21 warrior which I used the most, vl 21 sorcerer and lvl 11 rogue

Warrior: Horn of Renew should regenerate less health. shouldn't be nerfed at all because that's the healing technique widely used by warriors
Vengeful Blood shouldn't give you health. It actually doesn't heal persay it increases your str which gives you a slight boost in health but it goes away when buff dispells dispells

Rogue: Aimed shot should do half the damage it does now. their crit in general needs to be tweaked no way anyone should be criting for 2500+ dmg
Razor shield should be a tad weakerthis skills annoys me the most i've had rogues just stand there and take me out with this
