Purchase fail.

This is verry problematic. Every time I buy a weapon with platinum coins, it isn't shown within my inventory. I've bought two, and I receive nada... If anyone can--please help determine why I do not have them.

Are you buying weapon item packs? If you are, it isn't guaranteed that you will receive the specified weapon. If you read the description, it says something along the lines of having a chance to get the weapon.

You can actually not buy them you can just "gamble" for them by buying the packs as far as I know.

If you don't get the item from the pack after a bunch of times, you can email STS and they'll probably give it to you. I don't really know how much a "bunch" qualifies as though because I've never had to email them about this.
