First one is a app crash...

-Ive reporduced it 5 times, so i think its safe to say its the cause.

I have taken the Elite Quests, both, and when i go to talk to Ryom, he gives me this window;

If i tap "X" its fine, it closes the window, but when i tap "Where do i find these dungeons" my app crashes.

Second is not much;
