I sent sts 4 emails and they arent responding after 9 days. Im not trying to spam them but I dont know if my ticket was lost.
Anyone?

What's it about? Sometimes STS might not reply when a simple forum message would do. I recently sent one and got a reply in 3 days.

Well they should have replied by now. Try pm'ing a dev or mod here on the forums to see if they can help you out.

Somewhat.
They def should've responded after 9 days, no matter how busy. Hopefully a dev will respond soon tho, don't know how to help you.

I'm PMing them regarding a ban. But thank you.
Sts support is atm very slow.
I think this started somewhere round new year because they took a break.

lol... I don't even try anymore. I don't get how something they did so easily in the past is now "out of the scope of Customer support department"....
