Request to Please activate Freeze in mages.. not working since latest update 25-01-13

Dear Developers... Please activate freeze power for pve and pvp... it has stopped working since the latest patch of 25-1-13
It a great power all mages love...

It works in pve 99% of the time and 1% in PVP

We're having a hard time reproducing this. What rank of the spell do you guys have? Does it work when you first log on but then after a PvP map it stops working both in PvE and PvP (that was our original report on this bug)?

I can reproduce it. I rolled a baby mage just to test this with minimal skill points and subskills affecting the outcome.

If I open with charged Frost Bolt, freeze happens 100% of the time. Ice Wielder also seems to working if I open in this manner.

If I open with Fireball (no Impact yet), then Frost Bolt, freeze never happens.

Pre-pvp patch, you could open with Fireball (Impact or no Impact), then freeze with Frost Bolt right away to prolong the stunlock on the mob. Used to be a nice 1-2 punch to keep the party safe. Now... well not so much. :)

So... it was the fireball set them on fire so the ice just melts off when you try to freeze them?
