I made a $19.99 platinum purchase on 1/25/13.
I have yet to receive it, but my card has been charged, I have made inquiry's but have yet to hear back from anyone. Please let me know what's going on thank you.
I've spoken to Amazon, if I don't hear from anyone in the next 24 hours they agreed to refund my purchase. This lack of customer service is amazing.
