Pally skill lvling as i lvl guide?

Can anyone give me like a quick guide on wat skills i should be putting points into from lvl 2 onward since lvl1 is defaulted into putting 1 point into charge. If anyone can help thanks

And aswell should i go points into int? Or just stick with the 3:2 str/dex build?
