Coming this Thursday, a new patch will introduce the first Arcane rarity pet: Hammerjaw. Hammerjaw is an exceedingly rare pet egg that can be found in the locked Premium Watchman Crates. As the first Arcane item, obtaining Hammerjaw will complete the Arcane Achievement, granting a banner and the Arcane title.

Hammerjaw's activated ability grants a sweet buff, along with crackling electricity that swirls around you and your teammates for the duration of the buff.

I believe he is referring to crates such as if they add a "kraag crate of the watchiepoo". I think he is saying there won't be a new chest type.

Hammerjaw is not in any Crate until after tomorrow's patch (because he's not in the game yet).

Hammerjaw will be added to the existing list of possible things you can get out of a Crate. As such, if you get a Crate today and wait until after tomorrow's patch to open it, when you do open it, you will have a chance to find Hammerjaw's egg inside that Crate.

There are no new Crates being added.

Perfect amount....for me to open hundreds of crates only to find either:

1) No mythic pet
2) Dozens of them

Both would be bad in my book. A 1-1.5% chance would be appropriate IMHO.

Looks cool but worried that it will take 250-1000 plat before one comes out (Random gamble plat packs, you know what i mean) or worse, some poor person opening crates to failure after failure to get what they really want. On a lighter note, before people give up on it, the watch weapons should come down in price with all the crates getting opened by the gotta have it crowd.
I'd like one and i may try once, but I ain't chasing the dragon for it.
